Joanna Scales is to top notch professional. She is very easy person to work with. House hunting can be stressful, but not with her.

I was pleased and fortunate to meet and work with Alivia Scarborough of Sands Realty. Alivia is a professional realtor who is very familiar with the local area and housing market. She was patient in showing me several houses on short notice which was necessary in the current real estate market. She reviewed the offer and contract paperwork to protect my interests as the buyer; and she has technical knowledge which she conveyed to help me complete the online forms. I highly recommend Alivia as she is very personable, reliable and conscientious of tasks; and she diligently followed-up with me from contract to closing. She is indeed very professional in representing Sands Realty.

My wife Angie and I were looking for a second home near the beach. We began looking just when the market began the crazy price increases on real estate and activity was at a super fast pace. Fortunately for us we had Stephanie Lester as our realtor and she was fantastic!! She did so much of the leg work for us to review possible matches for us and view properties the same day they were listed knowing that some of them would sell before we could even get there from out of state. We formed a great relationship and now consider Stephanie a valued friend! We were able to get a condo we like in an area that we like and could not have done it without her. Thanks Stephanie!!

So very pleased with the service we received with our relocation journey from PA. I highly reccomend Joanna Scales. I can not say enough about her dedication to helping us. She certainly made our dream of moving to the beach come true. We were truly blessed by her expertise and time she put into our home search. She was full of knowledge and pointed out things I would not have noticed especially since my husband was not able to be present when looking at homes. I respected every bit of advice she gave. Joanna, Was my realtor and she Did an excellent job she was very attentive, answered all my question Even if I called at of bed time, She would just say there's no bad time, She showed such care, And you could tell that this was more than a job for her, Joanna always listened to what I had to say, Which area I wanted it to live in, I really feel I could not have done it without Joanna, Thank you from the bottom of my heart you are the best
